2011 Catalog and Entry Forms

July 5-10, 2011

All entry forms, documents and fees must be received by Valerie Harlan by June 1st    

To exhibit at the 4-H Fair, youth must be enrolled in a Baltimore County 4-H Club by May 1, 2011. 
 

Entry Form PDF files can be typed online and then printed, OR the form can be printed and completed by hand.  Upon completing the required information and signing all forms, make a copy for your records and mail the original to:  Valerie Harlan 129 Greenmeadow Drive  Timonium, MD 21093.
