    Classes

FORMS - WHAT MUST BE MAILED BY JUNE 1ST

  1. All 4-H Exhibitors must print and mail a signed Youth Release Form
     

  2. All non-market animal exhibitors must print and mail a 4-H Code of Ethics
           (alpaca, beef, dairy, goat, poultry, rabbit, sheep, swine, horse, dog & cat)
     

  3. Overnight UME Volunteers and Parents must print and mail the Overnight Health Form and an Adult Release Form.  (Note:  if UME Volunteer completed  Health Form through the 4-H online enrollment system, do not mail the form.)
     

  4. Livestock entry fees and payment for retail shirts must be mailed with a completed Fee Voucher.
     

  5. Campers must print and mail by July 1st the Camper Registration Form
     

  6. Livestock and Small Pet Exhibitors must print and bring to the Fair for review by the Vet or Department Superintendent, a Self Certification Form
                   (alpaca, beef, dairy, goat, poultry, rabbit, sheep, swine, horse)
