  EXHIBITOR CHECKLIST ON WHAT TO SUBMIT

     OnLine Entries - Mail by June 1st.

   Youth Release Form or Adult Release

   MD Code of Ethics - non-market animal exhibitor -
       alpaca, beef, dairy, goat, poultry, rabbit, sheep,  
       swine, horse, dog, cat).  If you tagged a market
       animal with 4-H ear tag (steer, goat, sheep or swine) you do
       not have to mail this form

   Fee/Money Voucher Card & payment

   Overnight Card/ Health Form

   Cat/Dog Proof of License/Shots

     Paper Entries - Must be Received by May 15th.

1.  Youth Release Form (ages 5 to 18) or Adult Release Form
     (age 19) is required for everyone who enters an exhibit at the
      Fair or participates in a contest.

3.  Animal Specific Entry Form for any animals you plan to
     show, including dogs and cats.

4.   Overnight Card & Health Form if you are showing livestock
       (Alpaca, Beef, Dairy, Goat, Horse, Sheep, Swine) & plan to
       spend the night at the fair to care for your animal(s).

Pre-entry not required for following contests.  You can sign up
 1/2 hour prior to the start of the competitions.
